When you use our website, we also collect personal data to identify you and the entity you represent, both as a customer and a user of the website. Lastly, we use personal data to create visitor statistics and analyse how you use our website to provide you with the best possible experience.

  • If our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do so by contacting us using the contact details below. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previous consent up until the time of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, your withdrawal will only take effect from that point in time.

What information do we collect when you visit our website?

In most cases, we collect and process a range of information – including personal data – which is generated automatically when you use our website. This includes:

  • The websites you click through to from our website

What information do we collect and process when you create a user profile or subscribe to a newsletter?

Sometimes, we need to collect and process additional personal data beyond what is generated automatically when you visit our website. This applies, for example, if you want to subscribe to one of our newsletters, log into our customer portal or contact us through our website. The information we collect includes:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Company name
  • Central Business Register (CVR) No. (for business users only)

If you have a user profile that you have not used for more than one year, we will delete the personal data you provided when creating the profile. In that case, you will need to create a new user profile if needed.

If you no longer wish to subscribe to a newsletter that you previously signed up for, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

Specific information for business users

If you indicate that you are associated with a business user when creating a user profile on our website, you also agree that a superuser/administrator at your workplace can transfer your profile to another user, for example, if you change jobs.
