The policy comprises a number of principles providing a guideline for KommuneKredit’s social responsibility and sustainability activities.
Code of Conduct The intention of our Code of Conduct is to underpin a good working environment as well as a professional business conduct suitable for a modern and well-run business.
Whistleblower policy With the whistleblower policy (in Danish only), we ensure that information about possible violation of the law as well as serious breaches of internal rules and guidelines can be reported through a special, independent and separate channel. We also ensure that any reports are followed up on if necessary.
Policy for measures to prevent money laundering The purpose of this policy is to determine the overall guidelines for KommuneKredit’s measures to prevent being exploited for money laundering and terrorist financing purposes.
Freedom of association and collective bargaining The guidelines establish KommuneKredit's position on freedom of association and ensure that all employees are treated in accordance with KommuneKredit's values and applicable Danish legislation (in Danish only).
Good corporate governance Where relevant and within the provisions of the Act on KommuneKredit, we apply the ‘Corporate governance recommendations’ issued by the Danish Committee on Corporate Governance.
Board diversity policy The policy (in Danish only) promotes adequate diversity in qualifications and competencies among the members of KommuneKredit's Board of Directors.
Guidelines for diversity and the underrepresented gender These guidelines (in Danish only) promote a diverse and inclusive workplace where individuals of different genders, ages, educational backgrounds, cultural backgrounds, personality profiles etc. can contribute to the completion of tasks offering a variety of perspectives.
