Green Bond Committee

The mandate of KommuneKredit's Green Bond Committee is to approve or reject the preliminary green loans presented to them in line with the Green Bond Framework 2022.

Green loan approval

Our Green Bond Committee must approve all green loans. The committee includes both internal and external specialists with expertise in the categories for which KommuneKredit issues green loans.

The Green Bond Committee reviews all loans based on questionnaire responses from customers. If a loan meets the criteria for a green loan, as defined in our Green Bond Framework 2022 and outlined in our criteria for green loans, it will be approved as a green loan.
